Shipping & Delivery
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to serve as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Weekend orders are shipped by the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays), including priority shipments.. Depending on the courier that you picked during checkout, your package may get a limited delivery attempt before it will be returned to us. In event of package being returned due to failed delivery, re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer according to the delivery options chosen.Within Singapore: As per the information provided by the shipper, the order will arrive in 2-4 working days. Please note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays. Outside Singapore: All shipments are sent using one of our reputable courier agencies. Generally, the delivery will take 3-14 working days to arrive depending on the City. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment online.Delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, mode of delivery, and the items ordered.
We Thankyou for Shopping on our Online Store , In case for some reason you wish to Exchange or Cancel your merchandise ,we allow returns or exchanges up to 14 days from the date of order received. We will need receipt or proof of purchase , the item must be unused and in the same condition received. Authenticity cards and dust cover (if any) must be included in the original packaging. The customer will have to bear the shipping fees and any additional costs (taxes and duties, etc) for the return shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages occurred during shipment.Item exchanges would depend on the stock availability. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged.Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable. In the event that the item(s) is found to not meet the return criteria, item(s) will be shipped back to the customer and shipping fees will be charged to the customer.For item exchanges, if the value of the replacement item is higher than the original item, an e-invoice for the new item will be issued. Once the payment has been received, we will proceed to refund the returned item and ship the new item. For refunds the customer can choose from the following options:1. Original payment method 2. Online Voucher amounting to the original item price. Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Tracking your Order
You will find a tracking code in the Order Confirmation email that we send to you. Simply click on the tracking code to check the status of your shipment and assess how soon before it reaches the delivery destination. Kindly note that tracking data may take up to 24 hours to be updated. As our online store is set up to process your orders quickly and efficiently, we regret that we are not able to change the delivery address after the order leaves our premises. Kindly decide on a suitable address when you are completing your order. In case of multiple orders your items will arrive in separate parcels if you had placed orders separately. As every piece of leather is different and may accept colour dyes a little differently during the tanning process, this may cause irregularities in the consistency and depth of the colour.Leather will always have natural marking such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes. These natural markings or irregularities should not be considered as a defect but rather indications of genuine leather.We only use premium quality leather sourced from finest tanneries in Europe and do not compromise on the quality of leather. We will not be able accept returns on product for any reason where the cause is due to the nature of leather products.
